When you place an order through our site, the postage is determined by the automated ordering system.
In general, we use either Express Post Bags or Registered Post.
Express Post items carry a tracking number, so we are able to check on your package in case it goes astray. However, Express Post does not include insurance.
All Registered Post Items include a Tracking Number and Insurance, making this the safest way, however, not quite as fast as Express. The cost of Registered Post is determined by your location, and this will be calculated automatically during checkout.
Please note that you are able to obtain a postage quote before placing your actual order by following the steps in checkout - you will be able to see the full cost of your order before being asked to officially 'place your order'.
In general, you will be offered a choice during checkout, so may select the option you prefer.
While we aim to ensure your items are well packaged and sent out to you quickly, we ask that you allow 21 days for delivery, and that you thoroughly check your package when it arrives. If, by chance, your items are damaged on arrival, a claim will then need to be made with Australia Post - please contact us for details.
At this stage, our automated system is set up for Australian orders only - if you are ordering from overseas, please email us for a postage quote.
